All contractors that disturb more than 6 square feet of painted surface interior or 20 square feet of exterior surface in a pre-1978 residential dwelling or child occupied facility will be required to be a certified lead renovator and have all employees trained. This includes all renovation, remodeling, window replacement, window repair and weatherization.
